In these cases, we suffer financially. Customers also suffer as well. 1# Good quality pictures and easy made descriptions are available in our website. Products has to be ordered considering those pictures and description in NIRVORSHOP.COM website. Change of mind and return will not be applicable while delivering. Be confident before ordering any product. If you need any kind of assistance please ping over our messenger. You may want to see the original product image or any kind of video demo. Please ask our team. They’re available over the internet always.
2# In case of pre-ordered products please double check and be confident that you need that product. Such products must be received by customer. One thing to be remembered, no refund will be applicable for pre-ordered product as we ship these products when you order over the website.
3# If the product is broken inside the delivery pack or the product has manufacturing fault, NIRVORSHOP.COM will replace the product from own store. No refund will be made in this circumstance.
4# To claim and return a faulty product, customer has to claim within 3 days else the policy of return will not be applicable. Customer must provide a good quality unboxing video of the delivered package while claiming.
5# If the intact product is opened by customer, no return or refund will be made. Before opening, please consider checking the product does not have any delivery or manufacturing fault and inform us as soon as possible.
